Yes. I still need to find a therapist but i have a psychiatrist.

Tho all the drugs in the world won't make this okay, they'll keep me stable enough to not add extra stress on my family.

Medical professionals can't always make everything okay for people.

No, but It's typically a good idea to see if they can help, if you have access to them. Do we really need to be discouraging people from trying to get help?

They may not be able to make everything okay but they can do a pretty decent job of helping make sure that things don't get any worse.
