Not for me specifically so far as I know, but as a baby I needed a ton of blood transfusions, so thank you, blood donors!

Loaned me money to put gas in my car when I ran out of gas. (I did pay them back, but I'm sure they realized they were taking their chances.)

Stopped to help when I lost a fan belt in the middle of nowhere, let me use their cell phone to call AAA and my dad, waited with me for the tow truck, then took me back to their house to wait for my dad and made me a sandwich.
