Joint pain anon update

In case anyone cares.

The pain and swelling has become bad enough that it's become difficult to walk. I did get an appointment with Urgent Care today, and it's apparently some sort of infection. They took blood and are going to test for Lyme disease, but the doctor said she doesn't think it's that.

I got prescribed antibiotics, and having taken the first one the swelling has gone down a bit. The doctor drew a circle around it so I could see if it's getting worse or better, and it's smaller than the circle now! I still have problems walking, but the swelling going down has got to be good, right?

I'm glad to see you checking in, nonny. Hopefully they find out what it is and knock it out for good before it decides to get weird.

I'm glad you updated us! I was worried, and asked a doctor I worked with about your symptoms, and he had said something about infections, especially if you'd previously been sick. Septic arthritis, I think? Anyway, fingers crossed that you're on the mend.

Very good. Glad you're finally being treated. Swellings getting smaller means the antibiotics are working. Fingers crossed for good test results. :)
