Well, going by this recipe:

I'm guessing it'd be fairly shelf stable for at least a week or two so long as you refrigerate it in a container that seals tightly, use clean spoons every time, etc. You can also easily halve the recipe so you don't have as much to get through.

Haha, expand your horizons. I bet that'd be good with chicken nuggets, too? Or as a sandwich spread in place of plain mayo?

Oh yeah, I eat it with chicken and even burgers. I didn't think to use it on something cold. Unfortunately, I don't have the Worcestershire sauce in my house. :(

Not sure, I've never heard of a remoulade or had any to my knowledge.
