Depends on what the item is and how well it fits with the rest of the outfit? T-shirts or goofy OTT character hats/scarves/socks aren't really "stylish" but something more subtle like an N7 jacket or a patch/pin/keychain/wallet can look totally fine.

I think the key to it is buying good quality merch, coordinating everything else well, and making some effort to conceal your power level. If you're rolling around town in a full pikachu gijinka costume you'll get weird looks. A sharp dressed dude who pulls out this as his wallet is just going to get compliments on his sweet wallet.

I don't care how sharply dressed you are, I would still not find that wallet stylish. Speaking only personally.

To be honest though, I also associate the phrase "sharp dressed" with people who are flagrantly overdoing it in the first place, so maybe I'm just not the target demographic.

The wallet itself isn't stylish, but it's not going to take away from the rest of a nice outfit. Like if this dude...
