E45! It's not fancy, comes in an unromantic medicinal-looking tub and is so cheap it puts a lot of people off, funnily enough. But just google some beauty reviews of this stuff. It suits pretty much all skin types and works wonders. When I tell people this is my secret they are always surprised as I look like the kind of person who spends a lot on beauty products, but this stuff is magic. It's available in all chemists / supermarkets here in the UK, but I'm not sure about other countries. You can probably buy a giant tub online for about $5 - $10.
