That's not really cool.

That I get tonsil stones. I never knew what those gross, white soft balls I sometimes coughed up were until talking to my sister today. I've had these for like 15 years.

Wait... that's what they are? The waxy little ball things that you sometimes have to scrape with your nails?

Are they bad? Should I have concern?

Not really. Unless they get impacted which is super hard to do.

That sometimes if people gang up on me, I still start second guessing myself even when I know they were wrong.

I thought I'd kicked that habit to the curb, but it happened today. The good news is that I recognized it and rose above the situation, but it wasn't easy.

That I need to carry baby wipes in my purse.

Apparently when my depression goes through a severely bad patch I wallow in 'kiddish' stuff for comfort. Like playing cutesy, sugary games, watching TV/movies I used to love as a kid, eating lots of sweets, etc. I started a sticker album the other week which I haven't done since I was 8. I know it's just comfort stuff but I feel immature and then usually feel worse. Eh.

I learned today that I am no longer enjoying the company of the people I keep and I would rather live without them.

I'm really fucking bad at making up with people after we fight or disagree in any way. It takes a lot for me to get to that point over something because I'm not very confrontational.

I can't accept an apology and return the gesture and just get over it. I'm still angry. I don't feel good about it but I can't just switch that off.

That my remaining friends and family think my face is unattractive and also doesn't care about me.

I'm all alone in the world.
