Your basic premise is flawed. Breeding with a submissive women will not produce a submissive daughter.

Lets say that submissiveness is a genetic trait and not a learned trait, breeding with a submissive women will produce a submissive CHILD, male or female. If your initial premise were true men and women would be becoming submissive at the same rate and society would belong to the lest submissive of each generation, regardless of gender.

I think there actually has been a lot of "self domestication" among humans, considering that we have reduced sexual dimorphism than other great apes and ancient hominids, are relatively social and cooperative as a species, and we have no fangs, claws, or fur and need make tools and things to survive - and while it's possible to do that solo, having other people around to share the work, teach you their knowledge, or specialize in certain skills really helps, but that means you have to be able to get along in a group on a fairly complex level.
