I don't know about amazing, but really good. I recently watched Equilibrium. I'd heard nothing about this movie before. I only saw it mentioned and decided to watch. But it was really good.

Little Miss Sunshine. I never hear people talking about this but it had one of my favorite movie scenes of all time. Such a fun, quirky movie.

Kill List, Southbound, Lovely Molly and Coherence. Though my taste is questionable at times.

Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai. I do understand why no one talks about it - it's not exactly classically good, and it is very out there in general. But the flip side of that is that there's no other movie like it. And personally, I love the breezily weird, over-the-top, 80s pulp fiction world that it immerses you in.

All About Eve. A classic movie with nothing but good performances from everybody from Bette Davis making her comeback to a very young Marilyn Monroe, witty dialogue and a fun plot.
