What is everyone doing?

Tonight I am rewatching Arrival for tomorrow. I will probably watch some Overwatch League tomorrow if Houston plays. Other than that, I will have a nice easy weekend. YAY!

Shoveling - it's going to snow tomorrow

Other than that, I'm playing TA:K so I'll be doing that.

Well, I hope it doesn't actually snow then. Unless you want it to. Then I hope you get all the snow.

What is TA:K?

We got 6 inches yesterday and we're looking for 4 to 8 tomorrow so it's just a bit much in one time period.

It's Total Annihilation: Kingdoms. You build up magic armies to complete different quests.

Oooh, can I ask what TA:K is?

I'm out of town for a week tomorrow with friends and family. I'm super excited but also really nervous because since our last holiday one of our cats was diagnosed with kidney failure. My housemate loves him and I know he'll look after him (we've shown him how to give him his medication) but I'm worried about him stressing/thinking we've abandoned him when he's already poorly. :(

Catching up with Peaky Blinders and Halt and Catch Fire on Netflix, and reading a couple of books.

Have fun! Did a new season of Peaky Blinders come out? What books are you reading?

Tidying D: And trying to convince my bf to go and see Black Panther with me. Other than that I have a million and one work things to do that I need to chip away at.

I hope you can convince him to go! Will this be your first time watching it?

Driving three hours for a picnic with the parents.

I have an eye appointment tomorrow (because I haven't been in like 5 years, whoops). I should also probably do laundry and at least vacuum or something.

D: I hope it goes well! I do find it amazing you found someplace that does exams on a weekend.

Me too. D: I kept putting it off and ugh... And I know, I was surprised. Apparently this doctor's only there Wed-Sun, which is unusual. Plus they supposedly do direct billing to insurance which is rare for optometry.

I might be going to the movies, I'm waiting for $$ to show up in the mail and I'm not sure what day it's going to get here.

Today was my first Friday off with my new work schedule, and I spent it with my sister catching up on one of our shows and indulging in macarons and wine. It was a fun, chill time. I work the rest of the weekend though. Saturday is my Monday, weird as that is, heh!

I am glad you all had fun. At least with having weekdays off, you can actually get chores done like going to the doctor!

Watching Black Panther tomorrow. Other than that, sleeping. The last two days have been exhausting. Coming off a 5 day migraine, yesterday was a lawyer lunch, Spanish class, grocery shopping, and a dinner with someone. Then today was an all day conference and then a three hour symphony concert in the evening. All I want to do is sleep.

But I'm also in a speech competition on Tuesday, so I have to work on memorizing my speech.
