There's the whole thing with Luke almost deciding to kill him, which is at least something specific which definately can be a source of bad shit for KR, but how does he get from "my uncle betrayed me" to killing all other students at school who don't want to join him, joining the reborn evil empire that kidnnaps children for its military, and ordering villages to be killed - we have nothing for that. You have to insert a lot of made-up backstory here to explain at least some of this...
