nayrt, but I haven't seen it at all myself and I know that op has either been deliberately avoiding all reviews, descriptions, and discussions of the movie, or is pretending they did in order to be dramatic

I don't think it's unreasonable to want someone to either read a little bit about the basic premise of the movie before making a secret, or just... not make an outraged secret based on total ignorance of the film.

I haven't seen the movie, and before this thread I had no idea what its premise is.

OP may or may not be a troll, but it's not impossible for someone to have the wrong idea about it because they just hve been avoiding spoilers and haven't watched it yet.

No, it's not impossible. But it is silly to get outraged about it if you're in that situation.
