I wonder what these anvil sized hints were for Harmony.

When I read the books I was completely disconnected from the fandom but I always thought they were like brother/sister.

I think they're referring to the HBP interview in which JKR said she felt she had left anvil sized hints for Ron/Hermione. To which Emerson (the interviewer) replied that Harmonians had been delusional. And fandom went boom.

I think it is all in what you think is romantic? I used to be a crazy shipper back in the day. I'm out of the fandom now. But I still like the ship. For me, it was always that I liked the idea of friends to lovers. The whole bickering thing with Ron and Hermione is something I personally really don't like. I always liked the idea of a friendship slowly developing into love over the years. Still do, though I'm no longer judgmental of those who ship other ways and think that the attacks on the author were awful and am fine with canon as it is.
