At home, Mrs Miniver.

In theatres, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.

Mrs Miniver is interesting as a piece of WWII propaganda. Churchill said the film did more for the war effort than a flotilla of battleships. Three Billboards was fucking awesome and if you haven't seen it you should. I'm so rooting for it for Best Picture and other awards. Sam Rockwell's performance, and his arc... And that ending...! Side note: I am 97% sure I once physically bumped elbows with Frances McDormand once, buying bananas in a Trader Joe's in Hollywood.
