Regarding the kid thing: don't think of that as a factor, unless the alternative to moving to where you want to be is adopting/getting artificially inseminated/having a kid with a man you're already with (who won't follow you). Otherwise, it's not a choice between your dream or a kid.

There's no way to choose the path that is guaranteed to bring you a relationship (with or without kids) so don't even think of it in those terms. I don't see any reason why you couldn't meet someone and/or have a kid, if you want, in another country with another career. I know it seems like there isn't time for dating or raising a kid when you're trying to re-train for a new job or settling into a new place, but people manage it all the time. Besides, 33 is still a ways from the end of the baby-making years.
