"Fandom" as you are referring to it is mostly women, race kinks related to blackness are mostly male kinks (really exaggerating here, but on the whole it's true).

Fandom does tend to sexualize latino/a characters a lot, that's true, or portray them as sex gods. Asian characters, especially in m/m, play into stereotypes and dynamics that at the end of the day (like the latino/a thing) are more cultural than racial. Like, there's not a lot of porn in fandom waxing lyrical about how small an Asian man's dick is, although it will wax lyrical about how shy or demure he is.
