That is an extremely ridiculous level of concern. If the toilet seat is visibly clean, you're fine. The only time I'd wipe off a toilet seat first or "cover" it is if there was pubic hair, or if it was wet because some bitch decided to "squat" so her precious bum wouldn't touch the plebeian toilet seat and ends up pissing all over everything.
