You could just say it was physically arousing to you.

Though male arousal can be more outwardly obvious, you don't have to gauge it that way.

Or you could not pick on OP's word choice when there's nothing wrong with it?

I don't think there is anything wrong with being aroused by this, man or woman, but a woman defining her arousal through male arousal bothers me a bit. It makes it seem, to me, like it's not enough or not relatable. That's probably not what the secret poster intends, but that's how it made me feel.

DA

I figured it was meant in the "I'd be so aroused it'd be physically difficult to hide even if I wanted to but luckily I'm female" way. There's a much more visible and embarrassing side to boners.

Why is it OP's responsibility to manage how you feel?

It isn't. She made a secret, I commented on how her secret was stated. She is absolutely free to ignore my comments or think they are ridiculous. If something bothers me, I think it's okay for me to speak up about it, whether anyone agrees with me or not.

Word policing someone's secret makes you sound really sanctimonious and special snowflakey.

Okay. It was a suggestion, not a demand. The secret poster is free to ignore me. You are free to think of me as a sanctimonious snowflake, but this particular thing bothers me, so I commented.

Cool, dude.

So your body went all hot when you saw it kind of like an erection only you're a girl so you didn't get one you sicko?

Yup. Cate Blanchett is always hot, but Cate Blanchett as a villain is everything I want.
