Yeah I can't see them improving much on Ladyhawke either except for that.

But no one could ever remake Labyrinth without David Bowie. It would just be ridiculous. (Though I say that as someone who actually doesn't like it very much.)

No one should? They were totally different stories that both had a maze and some supernatural beasties. That’s like saying Titanic was a sequel to Speed 2 because they both had luxury liners and th leads hooked up.
