This is such a weirdly specific That Girl. I never met That Girl in college.

I was thinking tgdd same thing, but then I realized my sophomore year roommate would fit that description. I never really got to see her from afar though, since we were roommates. I mostly just saw her lack of chill.

No one else I met in college was like that.
