Pancakes are best because you can make them so many ways and put so many things on them

French toast is also great.

Recently, I've been doing makeahead weekday breakfasts for the whole week. This week was breakfast sandwiches with egg white, kale, and feta. Last week was lemon goat cheese pound cake, and before that was pumpkin-oatmeal breakfast cookies. Next I'm going to do steel cut oatmeal with fruit and nuts.
