That’s... not season 7. In season 7, Willow is sleeping with Kennedy (see my icon). She survives.

Bwuh? I thought Willow was sleeping with the one who carried a sword to Buffy and threw it to her right before being eaten by super-vampires.

Kennedy took the scythe down to Buffy and threw it to her, yes. Don’t know what happens to her for the rest of the fight - but I CAN tell you she’s on the bus out of town at the end, and looking quite healthy.
