I noped out of LARP practice after a preschool kid knocked my glass over, spilled my whole drink, his mother just shrugged it off, never made him apologize, nor offered to replace it, yet berated me when I didn't play along and pretended to be dead when he pointed at me with his plastic gun.
I just wanted to whack consenting grownups with a foam sword without dying of thirst, was it too much to ask??

Ugh, non-parenting parenting just sucks. I bet she'll be soooo surprised if that kid grows up to be an entitled brat.
