There's a bit in Leverage s3, at a high school reunion, where Sophie gets into a knockdown fight with an assassin, while both are in pretty dresses.

It's far from flashy, but character-wise? You can see Sophie (pretty, soft Sophie) kicking off her heels, lowering her centre of gravity, throwing solid punches, and swinging a fire extinguisher - there's this whole impled backstory of the team brawler taking her out to a mat and teaching her how to throw a punch and make decent decisions if she ever gets in this kind of situation. It's brilliant.
