I was restocking the shelves at work with this today and woah it looks complicated. :O Does it take very long to learn?

Catan? The base game is actually pretty easy once you get into things.
Personally, I tend to get a bit overwhelmed when reading the rules for new games but I think all the small parts make it seem more complicated than it is at first.
There are a few ground rules you have to remember when it comes to building and keeping track of your resources but other than that it's not too bad. It gets more complicated with every extension you get for it but just the base game in itself is fairly easy to learn.
