Let's see:

Quite a few of the fight scenes in the Banlieue 13 movies because they involve parkour quite a few times and that's great.

The Rinzler fight scene from Tron Legacy: https://youtu.be/aNapFsNDbZE (Tricking! Yay!)

Some of the Storm Shadow scenes in GI Joe:Retaliation (https://youtu.be/uSkYTLJ9dhE and https://youtu.be/N4lWvcSjbbQ).

The fights in the Kenshin live action movies are beautifully choreographed as well.

And I still really like the gun kata scene in Equilibrium in all their overstylized glory. Same goes for the fight scenes in Dr Strange - their just so wonderfully trippy.
