Wish I had search tips for you, but I can never find out where the odd spikes of interest in my older fics come from.

I wish my fics were mentioned more.... but I tend to write for not so popular fandoms and the writing quality hasn't been the best these last few years, anyway.

I do this too, OP. I like to know what people are thinking about my fics outside of comments. Sometimes I can find recs on tumblr with tag comments, which are fun.

If you have a unique screenname or fic title, do a search for that on specific sites where people comment/rec fic. You can google individual sites using the site: tag in a web search, like "Best Fic Title Ever" site:tumblr.com and Google will only search on Tumblr for your search criteria.
