Characters that make sexy stop.

A character who is in no way sexually appealing to you and the thought of them having sex is a turn-off. I am not talking about someone aesthetically displeasing, they can look fine, but it’s like thinking about an IRL relative. They are fine in a background couple, but as soon as the they become the focus of anything sexy, you just can’t.

Maybe it’s someone like Ron Weasley. Or maybe someone like Emma Frost really doesn’t do it for you. Do you have one or more of these?

Haha literally rewatching this now after many years of not watching it. And yes, Dwight is the first one that comes to mind. Michael is also a bit no.

Fuck though, Jim is adorable.

Any character with fake facial hair. I have nightmares about that one jackass skit with the pubes. I gag a little every time someone with a fake beard has an on screen kiss.

Ravi from iZombie. I love him to bits as a character and I had no problem sexualising him... until they showed him in a (surprisingly graphic for the show) sex scene and I don’t know why but it was just a visceral “no!” reaction. I’m slowly repressing it and warming back up to the idea of him sexually but that one specific sex face killed it dead in the water at the time/for a long time afterward.

Most undead characters. Sometimes I can sort of forget about it and just take any sexy-scene as-is, but a lot of the time I'm very eugh over undead characters getting it on, but especially with living characters, it just produces a very strong NOPE reaction in me.

I read a Spuffy fic once years ago where a side character said something along the lines of "it would be like being fucked with a popsicle," and I've never been able to get that image out of my head.

I don't have a problem unless they're acting corpse-y. Warm Bodies was a bit nope for me, as were some scenes in True Blood with Bill popping out of the ground or being otherwise gross.

I can't remember the name of the show he appeared in, or his role, but David Tennant appeared in as a priest with a hair style very different from his normal one or the way he appeared as Ten, and the reason it completely turned me off is because he looked similar to my older brother with that hair style. That look was just like a Big No... just no.

Anything else he's drop dead sexy, this one role was just 'ick' territory because of the resemblance.

Luke Skywalker is one of those characters who, having been a part of my early childhood, is now like my uncle or something and I don't want to know about his sex life.

Ron Weasley definitely. Similarly, I really couldn't get into Stamets/Culber because Anthony Rapp reminds me of his awkward teen-comedy self.
