Transcript: I confess, the reason I enjoy the Thor films so very much
may not have very much to do with the plot.

Description: Screenshots from the Thor films showing Thor and Loki in varying degrees of being chained up.

The fact that all but the first Thor movie has had Loki in chains has always please me greatly. Especially because none of them have been made out of his own son's guts.

Most woobie Loki fics give me that impression.

No problem with that.

I'm pretty sure you're not alone.

Hiddlestone is made to be begging with his eyes (in a sexual setting). This isn't limited to the Thor franchise.

See? This person gets it!

He He! Naughty anon!

That too was the only reason I jumped on the Thor train. Which we know isn't entirely if at all about Thor...

(Anonymous) 2018-03-24 03:58 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, Thor is in the movies? I hadn't noticed.

Honestly, the only reason I'm going to watch Infinity War is due to Loki. Up until Ragnorak, the last Marvel film I watched was the first Guardians of the Galaxy. I have 0 interest in anything other than Loki's character arc at this point.

You do you OP! It's not the reason I watch those films (though Loki is one of my favourites in the MCU) but I can see why two supposedly powerful beings being restrained/relatively helpless might appeal. Or it's the fact people just like the actors. But either way that's fine. At least you like the films on some level. A lot of people hate the Thor films so the more people who enjoy them for whatever reason the merrier.
