Calling the vet on Saturday because I just got home to find my turtle started laying eggs again.

Also, cleaning out the turtle tank now that the water is all a cloudy, greasy mess from her having eaten some of the eggs.

Is laying eggs a bad sign for turtle? I don't know much about them.

Laying eggs is not bad in and of itself - normal reproduction! (Although the ones my turtle lays are unfertilized.) The problem is that she can't be trusted to lay them all at once and it could get bad if they don't eventually come out, so I have to take her in for an x-ray to see if there are any still inside and a hormone injection to get her to pop those out.

Things they don't tell you about turtle ownership!
