A three day weekend is always great. I bet that cause you made is amazing. Did you make it for any particular reason?

It's damn amazing. Meatier than usual, because I decided to add sausage in addition to the usual neck bones, but the extra spice is super nice. I make it about twice a year just to have sauce on hand and put it in butter containers and freeze it. It's time consuming, but totally worth it.
