So, assuming she got to Sakar accidentally, and was instantly thrust into the position of "catch slaves or die in gladiatorial combat" - that argument still doesn't make a lot of sense. You might excuse, in a brief instance, an immoral action meant to preserve one's own life. But she literally flies a ship around the world and is perfectly capable of leaving if she wants. If she had any sense of morality, she would have at least run off, stolen a ship, whatever. Hiding among the scavengers would also surely be morally preferable to literally kidnapping and enslaving innocent people and seeing them to their death for the sick entertainment of others.

And that's assuming she's accidentally on Sakar.

There's nothing, absolutely nothing, defensible about this character.
