I usually take an hour to get to sleep. And I wake up 3-4 times a night. However, that changes depending on how stressed I am. If I am relaxed, I usually don't wake up at all.

All I have are nightmares. :( I can't remember ever having a good dream.

I am also the type of person who (on weekdays) goes from asleep to awake in like 15 seconds.

My partner said to me the other day that he "really enjoys" nightmares. Like he loves the adrenaline rush of waking up and realising that everything's fine. I told him that he's lucky that he's never had the kind of nightmare that keeps you up for the rest of the night. :(

I had a nightmare as a kid that made me not go outside for 2 days. I was afraid it would come true.
