Re: Pairing preferences in a fic

It HAS to be pairing A/B by the end. I don't mind (much) if there's A/C going on in the beginning, but so long as the author makes A/B make sense by the end, then I'm good. I've read both happy transitions from A/C to A/B and rough transitions, so long as said transitions make sense.

If it's touted as an A/B story but goes A/C by the end, I'll be upset. I've ran across one or two of those over the years and it always sours me to those authors, no matter how goo they are.
