Well, yes, that would be fun, but in a way, I'm glad we mostly don't go there, and don't go there at all in canon, because if you go there, you end up with other implications and questions. I'm glad that, in canon, Clark seems to be basically humanoid, and he even has a natural child with Lois in the present version.
