Nuts!

As in "roasted and salted". Tree nuts (not deez nuts). Do you like them? Can you eat them, or are you allergic? What's your favorite nut?

I love them. My favorites are cashews and macadamias. I also like hickory nuts, but their hulls are so thick and hard to break that it's almost not worth it.

I used to love brazilnuts, but lately they always seem to taste like mold.

Love them, and my favorite is plain old peanuts. I especially like them boiled.

I love boiled peanuts. I also like candied pecans. I'll eat roasted peanuts but not often.

Yes. Never met a nut I didn't like. Love them. Favorites are pistachios and macadamia nuts, but I love them all. I used to bring pistachios for my lunch as a kid instead of a sandwich. Thankfully not allergic.

The only time I don't like nuts is if something spicy is added to them.

I don't have a favorite nut, but I tend to eat a lot of almonds. Blue Diamond flavors are great.

I'll have the occasional hazelnut, walnut, or pecan as well.

Walnuts are my fave, both for just snacking plain and for putting in things (baked goods, pasta, salad, oatmeal...) I also like almonds and pecans. Pecans I prefer in salad and oatmeal and almonds I prefer to just eat (roasted, with no salt or only a little salt).

I recently discovered that I'm mildly allergic to pecans, which sucks because pralines are delicious. Bad enough that I'm allergic to bananas...

Anyway, my favorite nut has always been hazelnut, especially when chocolate is involved.

Yes please! I like them all...except that brazilnuts, lately, always seem to taste like mold to me.

Walnuts go with everything! I like to put them in yogurt, then add some honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Also good on breakfast cereal or oatmeal.

I love pistachios and almonds, though hazelnuts combined with chocolate also ranks pretty high.
