If you object to shows about cops sympathetically portraying them violating peoples' rights or breaking laws, there's not a lot of US police procedurals left for you to watch.

(not OP) Criminal Minds used to actually be pretty good about this. It was also good about not victim blaming or being gross and sensationalist. Sadly, those days are long past. So in this particular case, I'm with the OP.
