My dad is red-green colorblind, too, and it's led to some weird discussions about clothes and furniture (also, he really like garish orange colors which I don't really get, but maybe the yellow in them stands out in interesting ways to him). But yeah, I think the traffic light is about placement.

Yes! I figure if the world was like that they would probably have a labeling system of some sort and still terrible clashing things would happen because some people wouldn't care enough to check them every time they got dressed. But I don't know. And, yes, so many questions. I want to know what happens if people who have to deal with blood have trouble with it once they see color because I think that's a whole different experience.
