How do you motivate yourself to lose weight?

I've been stuck at my weight for months now after losing like 30 pounds.

1. Are you tracking calories? It makes a big difference. You can download an app like MyFitnessPal to help.
2. Are you close to your goal weight/don't have much weight left to lose? The last few pounds come off a lot slower.

Great, you’re not yo-yoing.
You can use this as an opportunity to get used to how you’re going to have to maintain yourself after your reach your target weight, or maybe see a doctor or dietitian to see if further progress is possible.
