What is AYRT even doing in IT fandom, is what I mean.

It sounds like a gross fic. But it's a gross book it's based on. Why is AYRT in the fandom in the first place?

afaik that scene wasn't in the movie and the comment was about fic specifically in the movie fandom tag, though.
