I specifically said "IT 2017", in which there was no such scene. And besides, the existence of that scene, which the vast majority of humanity rightfully pretends to not exist, does not negate how fucked it is that there's written porn of actual children getting raped by their adult co-star. Whatever point you're trying to make is flimsy af.

I don't know, somehow a person who says the child-porn that was published mainstream is okay to step around and ignore, the untagged child-porn no less... comes across as strange to me. Is it because Stephen King is a famous writer? Was it art when he did it? So it's okay to dig into the adaptations and remakes and ignore that the author's original intent was mainstream child-porn? If you paid money to watch that movie, some of it went in royalties to a guy who published mainstream child-porn.

Your standards confuse me.

NA

Can we please not conflate child sexual exploitation material with fictional words that don't actually involve real children? It's a disservice to victims to pretend that the two are in remotely the same category.

Well, you seem to be projecting and assuming I'm not also skeeved out by that infamous scene in the book, which I never even read anyway and is not included in the film. Again, your reaching is flimsy and why you even feel the need to argue about this is also weird. What's bothering you, anon?

(Anonymous) 2018-04-03 03:21 am (UTC)(link)
You can object to both??? And anon never even mentioned not being against the child orgy scene??? What are you even trying to do at this point? You're embarrassing yourself
