The difference between antis and the people who have squicks is that people who have squicks know that a) fiction is NOT reality and b) if there are things that trigger them, stay away from them.

Some of those people might be wanking off to fictional kids in their free time, but some writers/artists might be doing it to cope, might be creating to help someone cope, or just want to have a good time playing around with fictional characters. Some of them might even be minors. I'm not going to judge these people just because they did something I find gross, not when no one got hurt because it's all fiction.
