Nobody even argued about the legality, just that this garbage: https://archiveofourown.org/users/brbgettingwine/pseuds/brbgettingwine should not be allowed to be posted. It's crossing a line. But everyone here is suffering PTSD from antis or some shit that they oppose any "censorship" to the point of actively in favor of this. Personally, to me those fics are certainly in bad taste, and I wouldn't want to read them. I also wouldn't want any overeager interviewer showing this to the real actors.

But they are properly tagged and easy to avoid, they call themselves trash, and really, taking them in any way serious would give them more interest than they deserve.
