Personally I consider anything superhero or supernatural or magic related to be fantasy. So I'd say Jessica Jones is fantasy. It's just dark, urban fantasy.

Good point. I was thinking... magical swords and dragons and stuff like that, but I don't really care for Game of Thrones and couldn't think of another fantasy series I enjoyed.

The way I look at it, fantasy is magic/supernatural/unnatural powers of any kind. Scifi is future-based or technology-based. There is a lot of overlap, which is why they are usually/often listed as one single genre. They also overlap a lot with horror and action.
