Yes, this is what pisses me off the most! People who talk all the time about how you must read/write f/f or characters of colour or disabled characters or whatever...but their own output is 99% whitecock and that other 1% is absolute extruded shit (if there's any at all). I'd much rather they just wrote/read what they wanted and then people who like writing about other characters can do that too. I'm mostly a gen and f/f writer, and I don't want someone "eating their vegetables" (hi, Aja!) by writing femslash.
