Luckily, the music from the trailers is almost non existent in the movie. They kept talking about a Kendrick Lamar cultivated OST but I never heard it.

It was a typical MCU soundtrack but with more drums because Africa.

That sounds pretty cool. I like most of the MCU soundtracks, and I love drums. I had no chance to see it yet (no 2D screenings in my area), so I'm going to watch it on DVD or on Netflix.

Yeah, the music was pretty much the same forgettable Epic Soundtrack Music™ that they've had in every MCU film so far.

OP, never base your impressions of a soundtrack on the trailer. They almost always try to get some sort of "cool" current song for the trailers to help build hype. Either that or they'll use generic "epic" sounding trailer/ad music (like the stuff Really Slow Motion does).

I never noticed that trend. Tells you how out of the loop I am with everything popular.

That's disappointing. I loved the music in the trailer and I hoped it would be used like "Thor: Ragnarok" used "The Immigrant Song."
