I have those ships too. I'm usually a multishipper too, and even in fandoms where I only ship one or two pairings, I rarely care about the presence of other ships, but there's a couple of THOSE pairings that just make me tick differently and refuse to even think about those people with anyone else. Reading fics and accidentally see ONE LINE about another pairing that sinks my ship makes me wanna drop the fic (...whether or not I actually do depends on how much I'm actually enjoying it lul) and I DON'T KNOW WHY. Why do some pairings get this reaction from me? I definitely don't ship them more strongly, not always anyway, so...Brain, why.
