Yo. I'm a 38DD as well and I must offer my advice to someone who seems in more dire straits than I. First off, where are you shopping for bras? I mean, you're just not going to find much over a 36C out in the general market. And in DD range most band sizes are just too big because, well, they're meant for people whose boobs are big because they are just big people.

Secondly, I run all the time by wearing a sports bra with an underwire under a molded cup sports bra.

Of course just because we have the same size doesn't mean what bras and bra techniques work for me would work for you, but... Just trying to help out!

It can be done. It doesn't have to suck that much.

I've bought from special catalogs and the whole nine yards. My floppy fun sacks just will not be tamed.

Sports bras give me a monobosom, molded cups or not. They hold in the heat and I sweat to death.
