It is. I still can't reconcile most of it, since I don't talk to people about the things I've done and seen. But at least I don't feel frustrated like I used to, because he made me feel a lot better. I have someone to compare against. We reacted incredibly similarly, and I have a feeling it's a pattern found in people who've had experiences like that. I see a lot of it in the people I work with.

I mean, I might not have blown up giant robots and fought ninjas, but there's been times where I probably shouldn't have made it out alive after what I'd been through. And I've gotten injuries that most people wouldn't dream of getting, let alone leaving it untreated like I was forced to.

!!! I'm glad to see that you're okay. It's never fun having to face your own mortality. But I'm glad that you had someone that helped you.
