Eh, I can sympathize with it. I had to make an effort during the movie to really pay attention to what the different women looked like so I could tell them apart. I still got Shuri and Nakia confused a couple times (though I was able to puzzle it out based on context clues).

Okoye was always super obvious to me, because I love Michonne. Plus she had a really specific way of carrying herself that set her apart. And as you said, T'Challa's mom was older.

But Shuri and Nakia? And all the Dora Milaje? And then towards the end Shuri and Nakia are both wearing armor that's similar/the same as the other Dora Milaje and Okoye? It's not a stretch at all that someone might have trouble knowing who's who at that point.
